tranquility

Travelling by car can expand your trip in Australia.
We drove for several hrs and stopped at a camp site near Lake Monduran.

At night, we made a fire and celebrated Emma's birthday together.

It was quiet and peaceful night.

Rockhamton

I came to a little town called Rockhampton. (10hrs drive by bus)

Just for a stop over.

Spent the night at the tent site and met Raph and Emma from England, who had just finished their trip from Japan.

They asked me if I wanted to go down south together by their car.

"why not!"

Just go with the flow.

Children in Townsville

I visited few primary schools to meet with kids.

Few allowed me to enter and took some photos of them.(and permission to use them on my blog)

A kid came up to me and said:
"I have a ninja toy. "
".......that"s great!"
" You wanna play with me? I can show you my ninjya toy"
".......ok!"
He took my hand and we played the rest of the afternoon together.

Kids are just amazing.

Townsville

I took the Greyhound bus , the largest bus company that takes you around the continent, and drove 400km down south to a town called Townsville. (6hrs ride)

I stayed here for several days, just to see what it's like and how the kid's are living on the country side.

Hannes, a nice German fellow whom I met at the hostel and became good friends. We strolled about through the town and hiked up the hill together. We talked about many things on the way. He sure knows something about life. Another good traveller.

cairns

Stayed few days at the hostel in Cairns and tried to figure out how to manage my work. (will it be?) Beautiful ocean and tender weather...though in my mind, I was suffered by the size of the earth and the depth of what I'm going to face at school.
In fact, will they let me in at the first place?

At the hostel, I met Andy who is from England. He was very generous to people and I could tell from his face that he is absolutely enjoying his life. Good soul.
